We offer a remote patient-monitoring and proactive support for patients at this time.

  • Patients with rising concern about COVID-19
  • Patients who should be shielded from COVID-19
  • Patients requiring greater levels of support related to medical concerns with COVID-19.

These patients may benefit from a remote service which utilises telephone, video and SMS to support and monitor them at home. Health Navigator has been contracted to provide this service to patients in parts of the UK.
