25-35% of urgent and emergency care (UEC) is avoidable, costing the NHS some £6bn annually. As A&E attendances grow year on year, delivering an intervention that can meaningfully address this national problem is of the essence.

The NHS plans are very much in alignment with our mission and vision. Health Navigator works closely with NHS partners across the country to predict and prevent avoidable UEC care by combining predictive analytics and AI with nurse-led health coaching.  Our intervention measurably improves patient outcomes, reduced UEC consumption by 25-60% and can even improve patient survival rates. We evidence these benefits to the NHS through a 3,000 multicentered randomised control trial (RCT) in collaboration with the Nuffield Trust. 1,700 patients across 7 NHS Acute sites have and 9 collaborating CCGs been recruited. In 2019 we shall serve a total of 2,500 patients.

A special thanks to Peter Rhodes and Frank Ratcliff of Wessex AHSN for their kind invitation to participate, Anna King and Sara Nelson from the digital health.London Accelerator and Professor Matthew Cooke for the always insightful discussion and cocreation.

Last but not least, a huge thank you to the hundreds of delegates who visited our stand and congratulated us on our success. We’ll be in touch with everyone who requested more info on our services. Until next year!
